CONDENSATION:
 Moisture appearing as a “fogging” or “sweating” on non-absorbent materials such as glass.

Note: If condensation is found between the two layers of dual-pane glass, this is a failure of the seal between the glass (nothing to do with the quality of installation), and can only be remedied by replacement of the dual-pane glass unit, or the window.
Excessive condensation will create mildew, 
molds and dry rot.

Visible mold can often be found in poorly insulated or installed windows. Mold is more and more being linked to child asthma plus increases in general respiratory illness, allergies and outbreaks of fungal diseases.
